Casper Technologies embraced the spirit of giving this holiday season by visiting the Modupe Cole Memorial Child Care and Treatment facility in Akoka, Lagos. Located at Pako Bus Stop, 1 St Finbarr’s College Rd, opposite Taxi Park and sharing a fence with the Federal College of Education (Technical), this centre provides a haven for children and adults with special needs.
On arrival, the Casper Technologies team was warmly welcomed by the principal, who then offered a tour of the impressive facility. The tour encompassed the school, hostel, kitchen, and a particularly inspiring vocational school. The students proudly showcased their creations at the vocational school, demonstrating their talents and dedication. The team at Casper Technologies was so impressed that they purchased a significant portion of the handcrafted items, offering both encouragement and financial support to the young artisans.
Recognizing Modupe Cole’s vital role in caring for these individuals, Casper Technologies donated a generous amount of food items and toiletries. These essential supplies will help ensure the well-being and comfort of the residents during the holiday season and beyond.
“Our visit to Modupe Cole was truly heartwarming,” said Chisom Team lead technical sales engineer. “Witnessing the dedication of the staff and the resilience of the children and adults was an inspiration. We are honoured to have played a small role in supporting this incredible organization, and we look forward to returning next year to offer our continued support.”
Casper Technologies is committed to giving back to the communities it serves.
